A GENERAL PURPOSE CLEAR CUTTING OIL
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN TRUCUT 300 is a transparent oil manufactured from selected naphthenic base stocks which contain a chlorine anti-weld agent and fatty oil to provIde smooth surface finishes for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is non staining to copper, aluminum and their alloys and contains an effective anti-mist suppressant.-
TYPICAL USES:
Used in broaching, pipe threading, plain threading, tapping, reaming, gear cutting drilling and thread rolling of nonferrous metals and their alloys.
Also used for reaming, gear cutting, plain drilling, and thread rolling of steel and steel alloys that are easy to moderately difficult to machine (60-80% machinability).
Recommended for use in automatic screw machines for cutting of non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
